Starting Sept. 2, users can shop directly with Amazon in ShopBlue with a PCard, gaining faster deliveries, better pricing and improved order tracking.

We’re excited to announce that Amazon Punch-Out will launch in ShopBlue on Sept. 2, 2025. This new feature lets users shop directly through Amazon using a PCard within ShopBlue. It will strengthen our partnership with Amazon to improve delivery times and pricing. It will also enhance order transparency, provide better reporting and improve internal controls.

We worked with key stakeholders to create order workflows that support quick order placement and align with our procurement policies.

If you’d like to join the soft launch, contact Ali Meadows at alisonma@buffalo.edu. Training sessions covering the punch-out catalog, ordering process and approval workflow will be announced in the coming weeks.
