About Christopher Connor
Christopher Connor brings over 25 years of leadership in higher education to his role as Vice Provost for Enrollment Management at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½o. A proud UB alumnus, Chris holds both his bachelor's and master's degrees from UB and has dedicated his career to expanding access and opportunity for students and families.
In his current role, Chris oversees undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, enrollment analytics, and strategic recruitment initiatives that shape the future of the student body—both locally and globally. Prior to this, he served as Senior Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management in UB’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, where he led a period of record-setting growth and helped launch new graduate programs aligned with today’s job market.
Chris’s work has earned national and international acclaim. He was named one of the Top 50 Professionals in International Education in North America by The PIE and is a recipient of the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Professional Service and the IELTS USA Best Practices Award in International Enrollment Management.
