Zhenhua Zhang, a PhD student at the Â鶹´«Ã½o submitted a paper for consideration for the ITS-NY 2016 Best Student ITS Paper Competition. Since this reporting period closed, he has been announced the winner of the competition with his paper entitled “On-site Traffic Accident Detection with Both Social Media and Traffic Data”.
