BUFFALO, N.Y. -- New York State Governor George E. Pataki has declared June 11, 2004, as a statewide day of prayer and remembrance in honor of President Ronald Wilson Reagan, and has directed that all state offices, including the Â鶹´«Ã½o, be closed for the day.
