UBIT TOP PROJECTS

Project Description

The primary goal of this project’s phase 1 was the migration of VPCIO and existing customers from the legacy ticketing system to a new and improved ticketing and service management platform, TeamDynamix (TDX). As a result of the success of the first phase, phase 2 implementation is planned to include additional distributed IT and business units to streamline service and support requests and encourage consistent customer experience. Project closeout will open intake for future UB departments looking to use this platform.
