Regularly reviewing the functions and duties assigned to a position gives you the opportunity to be proactive when changes in a job are needed.

Respond to a position with increased responsibility:

  • Give a salary increase when the new duties do not justify a different salary grade
  • Request a position reclassification when the position is no longer working in title
