The university has established a five-year, campus-wide contract with Inter Technologies Corporation (ITC) for audiovisual equipment and installation services, awarded through a competitive state solicitation.

- Your request is sent directly to Inter Technologies in real-time.
- Purchasing staff can track and assist with your request through ShopBlue.
Already have a quote?
If you’ve contacted Inter Technologies directly at sales-ub@intertech.tv, you may proceed with a non-catalog order in ShopBlue (see Step 2).

If you used the Quick Quote Request Form, follow the AV Quick Quote Request Process instructions to complete your requisition.
In ShopBlue:
- Supplier: Inter Technologies Corporation.
- Commodity: Audiovisual (AV), Projectors and Cameras.
- Attachment: Include your Inter Technologies quote.
- Once installation or delivery is complete, the department must submit a ShopBlue Web Receiver to initiate payment.
- Inter Technologies invoices are sent directly to UB Accounts Payable.
Installation of Specialized Equipment
Contact IT Customer Service (ITCS) or Network and Classroom Services (NCS) for:
- Installing or supporting specialized equipment, including:
- Crestron control systems.
- Video walls.
- Digital signage displays.
- Projectors.
- Course capture systems.
- Videoconferencing equipment.
