To address this need, in partnership with the Â鶹´«Ã½o's Center for Industrial Effectiveness (TCIE), the Center for Advanced Semiconductor Technologies formulates a Center-to-Center solution that marries R&D expertise and engineering education with TCIE’s workforce development prowess and strategic industry partnerships.
