COACHE 2022 Survey

COACHE Surveys Benefit UB Faculty

The results of past COACHE surveys have informed decisions and policy in support of faculty across all departments. Past surveys have contributed to the development of improved policies and programs that directly benefit faculty. The 2022 COACHE survey will help UB assess the effectiveness of these and other initiatives so that we better understand what we do well and identifiy areas where we can enhance policies and programs to make UB an even better place to work.

The resulting data from theses surveys are shared with faculty in various forms, including faculty meetings, town halls, workshops and retreats. More information on how the survey is administered and how data are handled securely and anonymously by COACHE can be found .

2022 Planning and Implementation Team

Beginning in the 2021 fall semester, a dedicated team of faculty members, administrators and staff broadly representing faculty perspectives and areas of engagement across UB, worked together to plan and prepare for a successfull launch of the 2022 survey. Members on this team crucially contributed to raising awareness about the importance of COACHE by communicating directly with faculty to provide information and to advocate for broad participation.
