Recovering Your UBfs Files

A copy of each folder in Myfiles is made every 2 hours weekdays between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. The 7 most recent copies are available.

In addition, a daily snapshot is made at Midnight. The last 21 days of daily copies are available. On the first day of each month a monthly copy is taken, and retained for 6 months.

Restoring a previous version of your file

Warning

If you restore the folder, the folder will only contain the files and versions that were present at the time it was backed up. Any edits made to files after the backup will be lost. Files created after the backup will also be lost.

  1. Open your mapped drive and navigate to the folder where the file was previously saved.
  2. Right click on the folder.
  3. Select the Properties tab.
  4. Select the Previous Version tab.
  5. Select the version you want to restore and click Restore.
  6. Click OK.
