Payments

The eBill is due upon receipt. To avoid a late fee, payments must be posted by 6:00 p.m. (EST) on a payment due date.  Payments made after 6:00 p.m. (EST) will be considered "next day" activity and will have an additional day's delay before the payment is applied to the student's account.

Online payment (Credit Card or eCheck) is the Â鶹´«Ã½o’s preferred payment method. When paying online, payments typically post to the student account in real-time. For release of an unpaid bill hold, please allow 24-48 hours after payment has posted to your account.

  • Authorized Payers

    Students are able to designate someone, such as a parent, guardian or spouse, as an authorized payer.

    QuikPAY is a secure web-based product providing electronic bill (eBill) view and print options, as well as payment, refunding and payment plan services for our students and their families.
  • Payment Plan

    The Â鶹´«Ã½o partners with Nelnet Campus Commerce to administer payment plans. Depending on when you enroll in the payment plan, you may have up to five installments.
  • Penalties for Non-Payment

    In accordance with State University of New York (SUNY) policy, the university reserves the right to withhold future services, including registration and release of diplomas, for any student with an outstanding balance to the university. 
  • Tuition Waivers

    The State University of New York provides tuition assistance for eligible employees enrolled in courses at a SUNY campus.  The percentage of tuition forgiveness is determined by the individual tuition waiver program, eligible courses, as well as by the funds available.
